The Manawatu-Wanganui property market is among the most searched by young Aucklanders and Wellingtonians looking to buy. The results released earlier this week claim those aged between 25 and 44 years in the two particular regions are increasingly searching for local property via realestate.co.nz. Statistics for the month ending October state demand had risen locally by 50.4 per cent, while demand in Auckland dropped by 9.6 per cent. He said most of the attention sat straight on Palmerston North, a city which held a long reputation for being affordable. He said vendors should focus on selling at premium while buyers should be concerned with taking their time and assessing all options available to them.
