After Instagram, Facebook and WhatsApp, YouTube is now planning to roll out a Stories-like feature called Reels. The launch of Reels Beta was made on YouTube in its blog post titled as 'Expanding community on YouTube'. "Reels are YouTube's spin on the popular "stories" format, but designed specifically for YouTube creators. TechCrunch explains that YouTube Reels is a new video platform through which creators can upload create small video clips instead of long video clips. YouTube Reels was first spotted in May 2017 but no details were revealed then.
