According to the NPP, the National Democratic Congress has wasted everyone’s time by opting out at the final stage after deliberating on the issue for eight months. We were invited to conclude on this matter only for you to disappoint us,” the party’s General Secretary, John Boadu stated. The NDC refused to sign the roadmap saying government, NCCE, CHRAJ, Electoral Commission others were not made signatories to the said document. The party also insisted that their members at the meeting did not have the needed capacity to sign it.
