Officers arrived to find a 44-year-old man suffering from minor injuries and a 45-year-old woman suffering from life-threatening injuries. Investigators on Tuesday released video that shows the truck appearing to strike the pedestrians while making a left turn from Yonge St. onto Meadowview Ave. The video, which is digitally altered to obscure the victims, shows the driver of the truck briefly stop before leaving the scene a few seconds later. Police are urging the driver of the pickup truck to seek legal counsel and contact police.
