York police say they've arrested more than 100 men for purchasing prostituted children. In a press release on Thursday, police said they have completed a multi-year operation that resulted in a large number of arrests. Most of the arrests took place in York Region but the men who were arrested came from across the GTA and outside of Ontario, police said. Police declined to provide further details, saying more would be revealed at a Friday morning news conference. The team in our vice unit is second to none and they've been recognized for their efforts.
