It’s another great day to be a coffee drinker in Brooklyn, New York, as the new Yellow Sun Coffee Roasters adds fresh roasts of rotating single-origin coffees. “We rotate single-origin pourover coffees every two weeks,” said Wahid, noting that the company also serves matcha from UnD and pastries from Paloma. Wahid said his specialty coffee career began in 2015 in Saudi Arabia after tasting an Ethiopian single-origin that reshaped his understanding of coffee.
