World music with The TransplantedManzi Art Space will host a world music night featuring Di Thuc or The Transplanted – a fusion group bringing together six musicians from Morocco, Viet Nam, France and Australia. The Transplanted is a fusion/world music group bringing together six musicians from Morocco, Viet Nam, France and Australia. Working together in Morocco and in Viet Nam over the past year, the group has prepared a unique repertoire for several shows Viet Nam this April, drawing on traditional music from Morocco, France and Viet Nam, as well as original compositions combining these and other world music influences.
