A construction worker was airlifted to a trauma centre with life-threatening injuries after falling at a construction site in Vaughan Friday morning, York Regional Police say. Police responded to the call just after 8 a.m. to a property on Ridgepoint Rd. that was under construction. A male construction worker in his 50s fell and was taken by Ornge air ambulance in life-threatening condition, police said.
