Regarding the June 1 Style article “Samantha Bee in hot water over vulgarity”:I am a 70-year-old liberal/progressive feminist Democrat and as far from a Trump supporter or Roseanne Barr fan (never even considered watching her show, then or now) as it is possible to be. That noted, it is my heartfelt belief that referring to a woman or women with the c-word is the rhetorical equivalent of referring to an African American person or African Americans with the n-word. Hence, I believe Ms. Bee deserves to lose her job, just as Ms. Barr deserved to lose hers. Ronnie J. Kweller, Washington
