Abbie Palmer has been diagnosed with bowel cancer. At just 32, no GP, Emergency Department or even Palmer herself considered that the pain and discomfort she was experiencing could be bowel cancer. Bowel Cancer New Zealand run the Never Too Young campaign every August.
