A dangerous footpath in West Auckland's Glen Eden causes an elderly man to fall off mobility scooter. An Auckland man has made it his mission to see a wonky footpath made safe on behalf of his late neighbour. Abigail Dougherty/Stuff Kevin Jones toppled off his mobility scooter multiple times due to a sunken section of footpath. “One time he hit his head pretty hard and he was bleeding.”Abigail Dougherty/Stuff Jones wanted to see the footpath fixed for himself and others. “Kevin may not be here now but I fully intend to get this unsafe footpath fixed for the sake of others.
