WINNIPEG—A Winnipeg woman convicted of stabbing her neighbour 23 times sobbed in court as she asked a judge for mercy. Earlier this year, a jury found Brenda Schuff guilty of second-degree murder in the death of Judy Kenny. Kenny, a 54-year-old former receptionist at CTV Winnipeg, was found dead in her kitchen in 2017. Schuff also told the judge Monday that she is “sickened and repulsed” by her crime.
