KUANTAN: A 34-year-old woman was stabbed to death in a robbery attempt at her house in Kampung Hijrah, here. During the incident the victim's four-year-old son was in a room on the top floor of the house which was locked from outside. “Police do not rule out the possibility of a scuffle before the victim was stabbed. We will examine the closed-circuit television camera in the victim's house to identify the suspect,” he said. He said the victim's body was sent to Tengku Ampuan Afzan Hospital for post-mortem.
