KARACHI: Two suspects involved in the alleged murder of a woman and her infant son have been remanded in judicial custody by the magistrate on Wednesday. The investigating officer produced them before the judicial magistrate concerned upon expiring of their five-day physical remand. The IO further alleged that the suspects had tried to hush up their crime by trying to portray the double murder as an incident of suicide. However, the post-mortem examination of Ramsha suggested that she was subjected to physical torture before she was pushed off the balcony with her baby. The IO said a case of double murder had been registered against the suspects at the Ferozabad police station.
