The shocking incident came just a week after she had received a suspended sentence for smashing a woman's head on a takeaway counter. Drummond wept when she was jailed for 14 months after she admitted assault at Worcester Crown Court on Thursday. Drummond, of Worcester, bit the baby and left a bite mark on the infant's left cheek, causing bruising. There had been significant force in the bite, and Drummond had tried to blame another child for the bite, the court heard.
