One mum thought she had finally mastered the art when she showed off her secret technique using a simple pair of food tongs. Flipping them round, she pushed the tongs into the cake to create the perfect triangle, which even provided a handle to lift the slice out. It gave the message: "Sorry to break it to you, but you've been cutting cakes wrong your entire lives.
