The unnamed person from the US ordered their friend a chocolate birthday cake and sent the shop the message they wanted it to have written in icing on the top. Instead of reading Happy Birthday and the person's name, or even just Happy Birthday, the message said: "Happy Birthday on it thank you." Alongside the image, the person who posted it wrote: "Friend sent my mom a cake; she even typed quotation marks and everything!" They said: "Posts like these make me think about the person who wrote it on the cake. This comes after a baker suffered an awkward fail when they added a topper to their cake at Halloween.
