PAGADIAN CITY –– Police arrested a 50-year-old woman in Barangay Tawagan Norte of Labangan, Zamboanga del Sur following a drug buy-bust operation Thursday afternoon, Sept. 26. Major Jerome Pamalaran, Labangan police chief, identified the suspect as Narisa Guloy who claims to be a farmer. Pamalaran said they were still determining if the cash represents proceeds of illegal drugs sale. Guloy told the Inquirer she did not own the suspected illegal drugs recovered inside her house and challenged authorities for a drug test.
