He said that based on WeChat check-in locations, Chee Wei travelled to various places in China, including Fuzhou, Changsha and Urumqi, between March 26 and April 19. Missing: Chee Wei (left) is believed to be in China. “The last time we heard from Chee Wei was on April 14 when our mother received a phone call from her around 5.30pm. He said their family contacted Cheong via Facebook and he told them that Chee Wei was arrested in China for human trafficking.
