A woman in her 20s was rushed to a hospital after a stabbing on a TTC streetcar running on Spadina and Sussex avenues south of Bloor Street West Tuesday afternoon. The victim was found with multiple stab wounds and was taken to a hospital via emergency run. Officers arrested the suspect, a woman in her 40s, on scene, said Kranenburg, adding the accused will be charged for aggravated assault. Police say that, at this time, they believe victim and suspect do not know each other. “We're aware that there are ongoing issues with safety with the TTC and this has been raised a number of times.
