His testimony addresses questions as to whether or not Samukai has the right to carry firearms. The defense second witness described the gun as “FME (Fabric National Pistol) with serial number 61DMR10657 that carries 12-15 rounds. In his testimony, Defendant Samukai alleged that his wife Charlotte Samukai was engaged in an extra marital affair with the victim. The case continues on Monday, March 6, at Criminal Court “A” at the Temple of Justice on Capitol Hill in Monrovia.
