ADVERTISEMENTAccording to the latest partial official count of Comelec, Villar maintained her lead with 24,757,642 votes. As of 7:20 p.m., the Comelec, sitting as the National Board of Canvassers, had so far canvassed 97 percent of COCs — or a 162 of the 167 COCs — in the national elections. Sunday’s ranking was the same as Saturday’s in the Comelec partial official count. Comelec expects to finish the canvassing by Monday and proclaim the winners either on Tuesday or on Wednesday.
