75 cots at the temporary emergency shelter at the Windsor International Aquatic and Training Centre. Windsor's aquatic centre opened late last month as an emergency shelter amid two COVID-19 outbreaks among people experiencing homelessness. Because of this, Teliszewsky said they cannot accept those staff back at the aquatic centre. Mayea said he went to the aquatic centre but was told they were at capacity. Teliszewsky said he couldn't speak to this specific case but said the aquatic centre has never reached full capacity.
