Sealord has launched an internal investigation into the disappearance of one of its fishermen off the coast of Cape Palliser. Patahi Kawana, who had been a deckhand and crew member on FV Otakou for just over two-and-a-half years, was reported missing about 11.30am on Thursday when he did not report for duty.
