It’s a beautiful quiet morning in the southern Ohio countryside, deep in the heartland of America. I’m standing in between Jenna, a nursery school teacher all of 5ft 2in tall with her blond hair in a neat ponytail, and Robert, a local school principal with a broad smile and a belly to match. We’re in a line of two dozen school staff including teachers, principals, classroom assistants and administrators, all wearing ear protectors and safety glasses.
