Firefighters say an aggressive wildfire that triggered the evacuation of nearly a dozen homes yesterday south of Lytton, B.C., is no longer immediately threatening any homes. Officials say — as of Thursday morning — the fire is burning up a hill and away from homes in the area. Wildfire Service also revised the number of homes covered by evacuation alerts and orders from the Thompson-Nicola Regional District and the Lytton First Nation. 11 homes under evacuation orders. 35 homes under evacuation alerts.
