Paula Thompson Marshall, 47, has been charged in the killing. “Husband really not doing well,” Thompson Marshall wrote on Facebook in November. “Me night nurse tonight!”Thompson Marshall worked as an aesthetician in Alexandria beauty salons, according to her social-media accounts, and was born and raised in Australia.
