OPINION: Like most kids, my daughter has always been full of questions. She knew she wasn't sick. No, I wasn't sick. I explained that if she caught one of those nasty microbes, she might get really sick. But she might spread those nasty microbes to a young baby, or someone who was already sick, and they could end up in the hospital or die.
