I have pledged my loyalty to the Chinese takeout chicken wing. But more than mere taste — and it must be said that the crunch of the fried drum is really something special — the Chinese takeout chicken wing represents my own immigrant experience. But for me, none of the dishes could possibly surpass the Chinese takeout chicken wing. The Chinese takeout chicken wing did not exist for me until I came to Canada. So, what does this have to do with the Chinese takeout chicken wing?
