I am a 48-year-old Malaysian who has been unemployed since mid-December 2019. I wrote to the LHDN and officers confirmed that my income last year was lower than RM100,000. They directed me to the Finance Ministry’s department in charge of e-Penjana to sort out the issue. Till now there is no resolution to my problem and there seems to be no one else I can turn to.
