A 33-year-old blind mother, Agnes Forte, whose one–year–old baby has been declared missing said she suspected her 13-year-old stepdaughter, (name withheld), who she said has also been missing. She carried my money and ran away and told the woman that was grinding pepper that she was going to her grandma’s place. When asked if she had any contact with her stepdaughter, Forte said, “I don’t really know her (name withheld). She just started staying with me in January. She only started staying with us in 2023.
