The rematch between Joshua and Ruiz will almost certainly happen later this year in the United Kingdom. That's not an easy fight considering Ortiz gave Wilder troubles when the two met in 2018. If you think Joshua's loss kills the payday for a Wilder fight or even weakens it, you're mistaken. Like Wilder and Joshua, the two men couldn't come to an agreement, and they teased fans with the possibility of a bout for years. It's not a death sentence for Joshua or the prospects of a fight with Wilder.
