Emergency services were called at 11.24am on Friday after reports a Queenstown Rafting guide needed medical help. He was with a group rafting near Toilet Rapids, about 4 kilometres upstream from the Queenstown Rafting and Shotover Jet bases, when the incident happened, police said.
