Monday’s municipal election can’t come soon enough for residents of Whitchurch-Stouffville who have been stuck in the most bizarre story of mayoral malfeasance. His fellow elected officials stripped him of six months pay and tried to limit his ability to even speak to staff. And he’s still in a legal battle with the city over missing confidential information and records.
