There is also a Christmas market with food and drink and Christmas crafts on the night and over the weekend of November 25/26. Takes place on Market Place into the High Street, Crescent, Library, Castle, Museum and Horsefair Shopping Centre. Christmas market in the town hall and car park next to the Chinese Bridge. Christmas lights will be switched on at 7pm. There is also a Christmas Market on December 3 and a Civic Carol Service on December 17 at St Peter's Church at 6.30pm.
