I believe the recent emphasis on wellbeing is the consequence of it not having been a priority. The importance of wellbeing has been recognised in this year's Budget which included focuses on mental health and child wellbeing. A Lilliput library is a little neighbourhood library. Both the Lilliput library and sharing pantry have already been established within our community by people with passion and initiative. Our province would be filled with public works of art to entertain, challenge and invite comment on.
