I’d discovered Highwater Eatery late last year through a switched-on Wellington friend. So often one place has the excellent food, but miserable service. Or they’ve got the really interesting menu, but when the place is heaving night after night its ability to execute falls short. In my experience, it's rare to score the winning trifecta of excellent service, food, and cocktails. MONIQUE FORD/Stuff Highwater Eatery took its location from a former nail salon.
