Moments after Finance Minister Arun Jaitley presented Union Budget 2017-18 in Parliament, Prime Minister Narendra Modi was live on state television Doordarshan, congratulating Jaitley and calling the document tabled in Lok Sabha a "FUTURE". So what does Modi mean by his new new formulation for the Union Budget? In his Budget, Jaitley announced a total amount of Rs 10 lakh crore for agriculture credit for the current fiscal year.
