West Ham are in the market for a striker as the transfer window winds down but have missed out on a stunning deal for former Hammers star Marko Arnautovic after all flights out of China were cancelled due to the coronavirus outbreak. David Moyes is also on the lookout for a midfielder and a right-back ahead of tonight’s 11pm deadline. West Ham have added just Tomas Soucek and back-up goalkeeper Darren Randolph to their squad since the transfer market opened for business at the start of the month. But, with the east Londoners teetering on the edge of the relegation zone, Moyes is desperate to bring in some fresh blood to ensure his team avoid the dreaded drop. The Mirror report West Ham, who are the joint-seventh lowest scorers in the Premier League this season, are eager to add some firepower to their attack and had looked at Arnautovic in their search for a striker.
