Temperatures are expected to hit highs of 23 degrees today, with sunny spells developing throughout the day. Tomorrow will be mainly cloudy over the western half of the country with the best of the sunny spells in the east and southeast. Highest temperatures are expected to reach 20 to 25 degrees, thought it will be cooler near west and southwest coasts with highs of 17 to 20 degrees. Wednesday will be another generally dry day with sunny spells and some showers in the south and west. Highest temperatures of 19 to 23 degrees for most, but cooler in the west and southwest with highs of 17 to 19 degrees.
