The Department will be publishing those guidelines in alignment with the publication of the short-term letting and tourism Bill. The introduction of the register will provide an accurate record of all short-term letting stock across the country. The proposed short-term letting and tourism Bill will allow Fáilte Ireland to have a full picture of tourism accommodation across Ireland.
