According to him, the NDC MPs deliberately leaked the controversial agreement to whip up public disaffection for the current government. However, MP for Sagnarigu and Minority Spokesperson, Mr ABA Fuseini has debunked the claims. “Never in our history has anybody entered into an agreement to sight a military base in this country. We challenge the Minister of Defence that the document he’s bringing, he should show us where an agreement has been made for the provision of military bases.
