According to the Minister, rail projects are capital intensive and usually involve a lot of processes and must cover a very long stretch to make the long term impact that they are expected to make. It is not a three classroom block that if we don’t like where the classroom is we can break it down. It is a long term project that we are building and I am telling you that we have done more in these four years than any government has done in four years,” he told journalists. Joe Ghartey is confident that the Akufo-Addo government will deliver on its promise to revamp the rail sector in Ghana.
