Downtown traffic woes are about to get worse in Edmonton. A water main was struck and broken on Saturday by a construction crew working on the Valley Line LRT between 95 Street and 95A Street. The break caused the busy street to flood, forcing it to close. TransEd, the company building the line, said in a release repairs will keep the area closed until at least Sept. 28.
