Restoring abandoned water supply points that used to serve Limuru and Lari constituencies could reduce water shortage, two officials have said. Limuru Water and Sewerage Company MD Margaret Maina and Limuru MP John Kiragu said there are many water projects in the area, including boreholes, that can serve residents. Maina said they plan to restore Tigoni and Bathi dams that used to supply water to Lari and Limuru. Kiragu said they plan to revive the water supply to reduce shortages. Maina said there are five water projects in Limuru constituency.
