This is not even the first time this year that footage has shown soccer fans jeering the poor. (TWP)Video footage has emerged that seems to depict English and Welsh soccer fans in the French city of Lille mocking what appear to be refugee children. A video, above, uploaded on Twitter by a Russian journalist showed another brawl between Russian and English fans. The disturbing scenes follow days of separate clashes between English fans, local groups and Russian hooligans.
