By mid-day online correspondent | Posted 3 hoursHigh drama ensued during pecial session on MPD (Master Plan of Delhi) when BJP MLA and Leader of Opposition, Vijendra Gupta on Friday stood on the bench in protest against the Speaker for allegedly not giving him a chance to speak. Gupta, who was not allowed to voice his opinion then lost his cool resulting in unruly scenes he perched atop a desk after being denied a calling attention motion on the matter by Speaker Ram Niwas Goel. In his response, Kejriwal lashed out at Gupta and said his government was not in a position to investigate the issue, which was mentioned in a fact-finding report submitted by Delhi Water Minister Kapil Mishra, as the Centre had taken over the ACB using 'paramilitary forces'.
