Gupta, who was not allowed to voice his opinion then lost his cool resulting in unruly scenes he perched atop a desk after being denied a calling attention motion on the matter by Speaker Ram Niwas Goel. In his response, Kejriwal lashed out at Gupta and said his government was not in a position to investigate the issue, which was mentioned in a fact-finding report submitted by Delhi Water Minister Kapil Mishra, as the Centre had taken over the ACB using 'paramilitary forces'.
