Meteorologists predict moderately warm weather on Sunday during the daytime across Cairo, Lower Egypt and the northern coasts, while growing warmer on South Sinai and Upper Egypt. As night falls, the weather will grow cold across most parts of the country and very cold on Upper Egypt. Mists will affect visibility during the morning hours on the northern coasts, Lower Egypt, Cairo and northern Upper Egypt. Light rainfall at 30 percent chance is expected on some parts of the country including: Damietta, Port Said, al-Arish, and Rafah. Waves in the Mediterranean Sea and the Red Sea will be low to moderate, ranging between one and 1.5 meters in height.
