The Wanaka Toy Library's rent has gone up to $17,250 a year, forcing the volunteer organisation to hunt for a new home for up to 1000 toys. The toy library is open on Tuesday (7.30pm – 8.30pm) and Friday and Saturday (9.30am – 11am) and is staffed by volunteers.
