PETALING JAYA: As the nation mourns the passing of fireman Muhammad Adib Mohd Kassim, Deputy Prime Minister Datuk Seri Dr Wan Azizah Wan Ismail has called for calm, assuring that the perpetrators will not go unpunished. Muhammad Adib, 24, succumbed to his injuries after being allegedly attacked by a mob during last month’s Seafield Sri Maha Mariamman Temple riots. Calling Muhammad Adib, a true hero, Dr Wan Azizah said it is important for all Malaysians to stand together in solidarity against the crime. Dr Wan Azizah expressed her condolences to the family of Muhammad Adib.
